Spirit Consulting also works on gender consulting for organizations and businesses, guiding and coaching organizational leaders in building cultures that maximize the contributions and professional development of all members of their team.

Spirit Consulting was founded in 2006 by Dr. Elana Maryles Sztokman and has since served the marketing communication and gender needs of dozens of organizations in Israel and around the world.

About the Founder
Dr. Elana Maryles Sztokman is a writer, educator and consultant specializing in marketing communication, orgnaizational culture, and gender. She has been working with organizations in areas of marketing, fundraising, and organizational development since 1995. She has been writing on issues of gender, community, education and culture for newspapers, magazines and journals  around the world since 1999. Her first book, The Men's Section, which looks at cultures of gender in communal and organizational life from the perspective of men, was published in 2011. She has also worked as an adjunct lecturer in various institutions of higher learning, including The Schechter Institute, The Florence Melton Adult Mini-School, Efrata College, and Bar Ilan University. Elana has a weekly column in The Forward focusing on gender issues and Jewish communal life. The Spirit Consulting team builds on Elana’s many skills and talents in writing, speaking, and inspiring others to advance important organizationas and causes.
