The staff of Spirit Consulting have been working with a wide range of not-for-profit organizations in Israel, North America and Australia for 15 years and have watched as Jewish identity, peoplehood, and education have evolved, transforming the way organizations define the needs of the Jewish people. Read some of Elana’s insights into the world of Jewish philanthropy on the ejewishphilanthropy blog.

Elana Sztokman has been a remarkably invigorating force in activating our organization through recognizing our uniqueness and our strengths and using her deep understanding of Jewish organizations to deepen our understanding of our own organization while helping us to set up a viable grant search process. In addition, she has retooled our school program with excellent research, creation of educational modules and engagement in a process of collaborative interaction with the principal and teachers. She is many faceted and invaluable in many ways -- and always inspirational.
